	JWF?-05橡膠專用加工助劑是一種新型酰胺類加工助劑。本產(chǎn)品具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定和化學(xué)惰性，不腐蝕模型的表面，在模型表面不殘留分解物，賦予制品良好的外觀，和優(yōu)良的脫模性。 


	


	2.應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域： 


	1)用在橡膠及其制品中，改善橡膠的加工操作性； 


	2）提高橡膠及其制品的光亮度； 


	3）有利于橡膠制品的脫模性能。 


	4.使用特點(diǎn)： 


	1)提高橡膠的加工性能。包括提高提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低加工設(shè)備的能耗等； 


	2)提高橡膠制品的表面質(zhì)量。包括提高和改善表面光澤度、降低和改善無機(jī)填料的泛白及外露現(xiàn)象、提高制品色澤； 


	3)不影響橡膠制品的宏觀性能。 


	


	5.加工指南： 


	產(chǎn)品直接與塑料配方中的其他原料進(jìn)行常溫混合后即可加工。一般推薦使用量為1-5.0wt%。用量可根據(jù)具體情況進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，可以咨詢本產(chǎn)品技術(shù)服務(wù)人員。 


	6.保存與包裝： 


	產(chǎn)品低于40℃、避光存儲，保質(zhì)期為24個月。包裝為凈重25公斤（紙塑復(fù)合袋）。
